Don Ami will contact Meg Ewen (Northwest Nordic) for advice on an

is booked; insurance is still being arranged. The broker has
submitted our application to a new insurance company and we are
awaiting a price quote. We need a rider for the HS. Getting special
use for rest stops at Lakewood, etc. Route sheets are being updated.
Brochures have been delivered to LIB for mass distribution
throughout the area. Contact list information has been received from

Additional flyers for mail distribution and bike stores need to be
printed, either as a separate run or as an addition to those already
printed for the LIB mailing.
Bike Swap. Working Bikes will set up a stand at the swap to accept
bike donations. They will also accept bikes that do not sell and are
not claimed at the end of the day. There will also be an awareness
building demo/attraction using attention getting displays.
Club meetings. Gary will devise a survey to members to solicit
interest and ideas for future meetings.
Ride related matters.
A new sign-in sheet has been posted on the web. Queue sheets will be
posted in Excel or PDF format. Cap’n Tom has accepted the post of
Intermediate Ride Leader. Still need to verify that Laurie will be
the scheduler for Tuesday night rides. There will be newcomer
leisure rides on a schedule TBA, led by Jim Shoemaker.
