The bike paths/trails on the May Schedule include some with packed
crushed limestone surfaces. I generally use my hybrid bike on
these trails but many are smooth, hard and well maintained and
suitable for narrow tired road or touring bikes. At worst one
may have to dismount and walk across an area where there has been
water erosion or the surface isn’t packed because of fresh repairs.
All trails are well
developed, no off road conditions. Of course road bikes are
well suited for paved trails.
